• fail the app start if multichain config or essential dapps config were not generated properly
• add timeouts for essential dapps and multichain config generators

Added promo option to the Multichain button configuration in NEXT_PUBLIC_MULTICHAIN_BALANCE_PROVIDER_CONFIG variable
